Q. How can I open more than one connection?
A. Some of the more popular newsreaders such as News Bin Pro and Ultraleecher allow you to have more than one simultaneous connection. Newsservers.net recommends free newsreader called GrabIt which also offers simultaneous connections.
This will speed up your downloads by having more than one download stream going at a time. Some newsreaders will not allow you to open more than one stream.
Q. Why are some parts of a multi-part post missing?
A. The most common reason for missing binary posts is because they are filtered before they reach us. We have multiple feeds from around the world, to assure we receive a more complete feed. Some binary posts are canceled as spam or canceled because they are too large to propagate through other servers. We do not guarantee the completeness of binary posts on our servers; however you should find that we have near perfect completion.
Q. How do I report spamming or DMCA notices?
A. Please report Usenet abuse such as spamming and DMCA requests to our abuse/dmca team.
If you find an infringing post or post(s) you would like removed please contact us using our DMCA report form or send an email to dmca (@) newsservers.net. Links to both our DMCA and Disclaimer (Terms of Service) can be found here:

Q. What is Usenet SSL Encryption?
A. Like the internet Usenet uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt the information as it travels across the internet. SSL was implemented years ago by Usenet providers to ensure that ISP (Internet Service Providers) couldn't limit your connection speeds.
When using SSL connections on Usenet you are using port 563 which isn't throttled by most internet providers allowing you full speed connections to our high speed Usenet servers.
